Well, it has been a few weeks since our last update…not for a lack of progress but more due to how busy we have been in ensuring a Summer 2016 opening!
March Madness Update
For those of you who missed the chance to enter Resolute’s March Madness bracket challenge for free SWAG…you aren’t missing much! I am fully convinced that after this showing, Resolute’s owners should stick to running a brewery rather than sports betting. I am proud to state that my bracket is in the 4th percentile (lower 4th percentile, if you must ask) of all ESPN brackets and my champion was knocked out in the first round. The standings after 2.5 rounds of the tournament are below…my best bet is to live vicariously through Resolute fans in this list.
A contract was signed and deposit cashed on Resolute’s taproom furniture. And Collaborative was hard at work this week purchasing the maple which will be the future taproom chairs, stools, and tables. Kraig and Kristen of And Collaborative also worked with a local metal shop prototyping the stool frame. We will keep our followers apprised of the progress on our social media channels and this blog!
Stay alert for an upcoming opportunity to be a permanent staple of Resolute’s taproom! Those who take part in our community furniture campaign will have their family name or business forever engraved in the taproom furniture, an invitation to an exclusive soft opening party, receive free hats/shirts/stickers, and even the opportunity for a free bar tab!
The final construction contract is in our hands, and following a team meeting this weekend, it will be signed! Howell will begin releasing subcontractors to procure materials and start demolition shortly thereafter! We look forward to future updates when this section is the majority of our post! Stay tuned for pictures, videos, and updates as we convert an infusion clinic into Centennial’s next brewery!
As of this week, Resolute and Howell Construction are the proud owners of building permits! An unforeseen comment on fire barriers delayed the permit about a week, but it will have no impact on our critical path schedule.
There is no change on the TTB permit status. At this point, TTB will likely be the last item in the schedule between a taproom and eager customers!
